INGREDIENTS

1/2 kg of carrots.

125 gr of sugar.

125 gr of margarine.

One egg.

Orange juice.

One package of cookies.

Shredded coconut.

PREPARATION

Step 1 

First we have to boil the carrot,  then we placed in a vessel and we adding the sugar, egg and margarine; this is passed through the blender to form a smooth cream. 

Step 2 

In a tray we put a sobaos layer (cut in half to make them thinner) previously bathed in the orange juice, then we cover it with cream, another sobaos floor standing, and re-cover with cream until it is gone. Leave to cool in the fridge an hour aprox. 

Step 3 

Sprinkle with grated coconut to decorate the cake.
