INGREDIENTS

10 slices of pineapple. 

2 packets of pineapple gelatin. 

1/2 liter of cream. 

Pineapple juice. 

1/2 liter of water. 

A pack of cookies. 

Caramel.

PREPARATION

Step 1 

First we have to caramelize the pan (preferably in a high mold) now we place the pineapple slices and then the sobaos trying to cover all the gaps. 

Step 2 

In another bowl toss the pineapple juice and ¼ liter of water, boil, add gelatin and remove from heat. Let it cool a bit to add the cream and stir. 

Step 3 

We pour the mix above sobaos with care because they swell. 

Step 4 

Allow to cool and gets into the fridge for 4 to 5 hours. When it will be ready to serve is removed from the mold flipping it.
