2 plantains.
Salt.
Peel the plantains; one of them is cut transversely into thin strips; the other one is sliced, this is for having variety of presentation forms.
In a pot or saucepan we heat oil, to check that it is hot enough taking a strip of plantain, if it is fried and floats immediately means it is in the optimum temperature.
Add remaining strips and fry for about 1 minute, if you see that darkens very quickly remove the pot so that we do not burn. Do the same with sliced ??plantain.
Note: This dish can be served with soft cheese, with guacamole sauce or saltziki.
