INGREDIENTS

2 eggplants.

One zuchini.

One onion.

One gren pepper.

One red pepper.

4 tomatoes.

Olive oil.

Grated cheese.

Salt.

PREPARATION

Step 1

Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise, threw them a drizzle of olive oil and grilled over in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. When it will be ready, empty it and turn aside the stuffing.
