A large courgette.
300 gr of mozzarella.
200 gr of finely chopped ham.
Oregan.
Grated Parmesan cheese.
Olive oil.
250 gr fried tomato.
Salt.
First of all, you have to cut courgette into thin slices, then you have to fry it in a very hot pan with olive oil and salt.
Cover a tray with layers of tomato sauce (sprinkle oregano on top), courgette, mozzarella and ham, ending with a tomato.
Cover with grated cheese and broil in the oven a few minutes.
