INGREDIENTS

150 gr of peeled prawns.

1 mango 

2 avocados 

150 gr of lettuce. 

1 clove of garlic.

Olive oil.

Vinegar.

Salt.

PREPARATION

Step 1 

First we have to wash the lettuce and cut into pieces. We place it on a plate or bowl. 

Step 2 

We peel and chop mango, then we will put a frying pan with oil and sliced garlic??. Next add the chopped mango to the pan and saute with garlic and prawns for about 5 minutes. 

Step 3 

We take the avocado, peel and set off in small pieces like mango. We put over lettuce mango and prawns, then we put avocado with salt, oil and vinegar.
