4 leaves of laurel.
Grate the pear tomatoes and the clove of garlic. In a pan add olive oil and garlic and let it fry a little bit.
Add the grated pear tomatoes and stir it; put the leaves of laurel and salt.
We remove the pan from the heat and spread the slices of baguette bread with sauce, then we put the stripes of ham on top. It is ready to eat!
