INGREDIENTS

250 gr of shredded coconut.

250 gr of sugar.

2 eggs.

PREPARATION

Step 1 

We separate the yolks and egg whites. Yolks and sugar are beaten. 

Step 2 

Egg whites are added until stiff and then the coconut. 

Step 3 

We take bits of dough making spherical shapes and place them on the baking tray leaving enough space between them. They are made in the oven at 180º for 20 minutes.
