INGREDIENTS

250 gr of pumpkin.

250 gr of sugar.

250 gr of flour.

3 eggs.

70 gr of olive oil.

3 teaspoon of baking powder.

PREPARATION

Step 1 

Peel the pumpkin, chop and boil in a pot with water for 15 minutes. 

Step 2 

Once cooked, drain it, add the sugar and mix. 

Step 3 

Add eggs, oil and flour mixed with baking powder. 

Step 4 

We put in a mold and put it in a preheated oven at 180º for 20 minutes.
