INGREDIENTS

One clove of garlic.

Paprika.

Sesame.

Salt.

Olive oil.

 

 

PREPARATION

Step 1 

We put in a pestle: salt, the clove of garlic and oil, crush everything. Add paprika and continue crushing. 

Step 2 

Sprinkle with olive oil to the previously chopped eggplant, and pour sesame above; then pour the sauce of the pestle and stir all the ingredients.
