Often we choose frozen products when we go to the supermarket instead of fresh ones, however, actually it is something usual to have meat or frozen fish at home to eat during the  week. 

But what about the frozen fruit and vegetables? Does it lose its benefits for not being fresh? There are many questions on this topic; in Mambo we explain to you how the freezing process works and what is the result. 

Contrary to what many people think, fruits and frozen vegetables are just as beneficial as fresh ones. They retain their properties intact because they have been boiled for a period of time very short to be immediately frozen in their ideal point of freshness time. 

Therefore there is no problem in taking this group of frozen foods, however it is always better to choose fresh fruits and vegetables.
